Hello Too bad you can't put 0 stars. Lousy sales service. I had lost the cocoon pattern. Despite my purchases of "around" 300€ from your company, I was told that to get a new copy I had to send a stamped envelope. The height of pettiness, when everything else is very expensive with you. You're really taking advantage of the fact that when it comes to babies, people are prepared to spend anything.

Hi Yvette, we're sorry you're disappointed, we explained to you that we don't send the pattern back by email for company legal reasons, and that we could add it to an order for you.
When you lose a phildar or other catalog, I doubt it will be sent back to you free of charge...sorry for your disappointment, but please know that we do our utmost to ensure our customers' satisfaction....
