A little downside: to accompany this purchase, I received a dozen e-mails in all from the time I placed the order until my opinion. Don't forget that sending e-mails pollutes and consumes a lot of energy. Too bad

I have placed 3 orders with ma petite laine for birth kits and merino clothing. The products are great. The reason I only put 2 stars is due to the mistakes made during deliveries and the after-sales service which is simply not up to scratch. One of my orders was blocked at customs (I live in Switzerland). I had to contact the delivery company directly to find out about my parcel, and give them the information about my order that should have been sent beforehand. This order contained an error: a cocoon ordered in size 2 was delivered in size 1. The indication of this size on the label is practically illegible and I realized the error late. After pointing it out, ma petite laine didn't take any responsibility for this obvious error and offered me a 15-euro credit on my next order as compensation (for a 100-euro cocoon that I can no longer use for my baby)... I'm very disappointed!

Good evening , I find the principle very good, very beautiful. Unfortunately too small. It was for a very small baby 2.500 kg 48 cm. Even so, it's too small and a bit tight. My daughter didn't use it, too bad!
