Thank you for your professionalism, your speed and your advice. For the record, I had to buy a dress in a hurry, so I called to find out if a size L would fit me by giving my measurements. The saleswoman was very welcoming and above all very honest, telling me that it would be too big, even though she knew that there was no M model available. She told me that these are beautiful dresses that cost money, and it would be a shame if they were too big. So I took the time to look at another model available in M, and 3 days later I finally made up my mind and called the sales assistant, telling her that it would be available in 4 days. She told me to order. I ordered at 10am and at 12pm I received a message from collisimo telling me that the parcel was on its way. When I received the parcel 48 hours later, as promised, the dress was perfect and, above all, exactly the right size. It fit like a glove and was sublime. Thanks again. I reorder 1000%.
