Die Lieferung wurde schnell angekündigt. Aber die Auslieferung konnte nicht ausgeführt werden, da angeblich die Adresse keine Hausnummer enthält. Ich sollte dann für die Nachlieferung *** überweisen. Wie sich herausstellte, war dies eine Finte. Man wollte nur an meine Kontodaten kommen. Als der Bote gemerkt hat, dass er nicht zum Ziel kam Wurde das Päckchen doch geliefert mit einer fadenscheinigen Entschuldigung. Denn die Adresse war korrekt und enthält auch die richtige Hausnummer. Ich frage mich nun, ob sie den richtigen Lieferanten gewählt haben in Klammern DHL?

Negative - My order was modified without consulting me and I had no opportunity to cancel or amend my order before the remaining part of my order was shipped. The shipping cost to Australia with DHL for the part order was the same as the shipping cost paid when I placed my my total order and is expensive, so I was very upset about not being consulted and given an opportunity to revise my order. Moreover, the reason given for part of my order being cancelled was that I had ordered pressurised cans - this was not correct; the items I ordered were pump action sprays and not aerosols; this shows bad classification of your products and no clear warnings for items you will refuse to ship.Positive - Otherwise I found the website easy to use and the delivery was fast.
