I placed an order on 22.01.2014, it is now January 31 and to date I have no news of my order. I can only judge the delay since I have not received my package, and the delay is far too long especially since I have received no news by mail of my order. I went several times to my account to see the progress but the order was still being prepared!

Thank you for your testimonial. The 48/72h delivery times are for metropolitan France only. In your case, you are shipping to Guadeloupe, so these delivery times are obviously not the same. We will of course reimburse you upon receipt of your return package.
