An item marked in stock was in fact sold out, and there was another error in the preparation of the parcel (a small box for a large one paid for). Hello, \nYou are mistaken. We no longer ship to Israel, not for political reasons (??) but because of delivery reliability and customs problems. We've had to refund many customers who were unhappy not to receive their parcels, (which is normal not to be happy!) It's the same for other countries like Brazil where we no longer ship either.
