I was supposed to receive my parcel the next day by Chronopost for 19.90 . This was not the case, I received it on Monday instead of Saturday. There's no point in asking for an express parcel. Big disappointment because it was for a birthday that took place on Saturday, I arrived empty-handed ... thank you!

Everything was fine until delivery. Incredible to be delivered so far from home when you don't have a car and you asked for the nearest relay point. To pay so much for delivery and to be badly delivered and not to be reimbursed but to have a voucher to buy again on the same site! No, trust is no longer there.

We're sorry for the inconvenience but, as we explained to you by e-mail, the initially selected relay point decided to stop accepting parcels, without prior notice. The carrier had no choice but to deliver your parcel to the 2nd nearest relay point. Concerning the reimbursement of the 7.90 shipping costs in the form of a voucher, this is a commercial gesture for this malfunction, beyond our control.
