Hello, as our telephone opening hours are fairly limited (we're only open until 4pm and not at weekends), it would have been preferable to send us an e-mail if you hadn't received a telephone response.

The kettle arrived without a filter and despite my complaint, the solution they offered me was to return it. Of course the shipping costs were paid by me.
