Hello, I give the rating of 3 simply because it is difficult to access the essential information about the coals. I suggest you write a summary such as Product Name, Number in Container, size of coals and especially the number of liters filterable per coal, under the product picture. I tear my hair out every time to know how many coals and of what size, how many boxes, I have to buy for my 8 liter bottles. I spend at least an hour re-reading everything each time.
