Received quickly as well as the e-book of use and in good condition but they are very fragile, the one I used started to crack by itself before I even boiled it. I tested it right away: 4 hours soaked in the glass carafe filled with city water. I feel like the water is filtered. But the water of my city has a bad taste and even if it was attenuated it remains bad taste after the use of the carbon. So I reserve this water for preparation such as tea, coffee or cooking.

After two days (2 days after the date of order) I received by mail, an e-book containing information on the Binchotan in general + instructions for proper use of bamboo charcoal.
