Obtaining purified water on a daily basis is easy thanks to activated carbons. I took the time to study and analyze the process and I must admit that today I do not regret it.

It is my first acquisition and in fact my first test of activated carbon. A concise note of use allows the immediate use of it, namely, it is enough to plunge it 10 mn in boiling water then after to position 1 bamboo only in every container during 1 to 4 h. Very logically since it is about a vegetable product, the coal is too big to enter a bottle. So I soaked it in a carafe before transferring the transformed water in a classic bottle.I read a review complaining about the taste. I read a review complaining about the taste. Indeed, the first 2 liters transformed have a slight taste of ash, but only the first 2 liters. Afterwards, the transformed tap water has in fact a taste very close to spring water.in the end, it is therefore in my opinion, a very interesting product since it purifies water by adding minerals to it, at a very low cost and without any complex and expensive installation.

Our water is very hard and chlorinated, you can definitely feel the difference. I do not regret my purchase at all. A resource guide on carbon is offered. The company seems ethical from an environmental and social point of view. Their website is very transparent. Only the origin of the bamboo remains unknown to me.

Very easy to use, the oriculis are simple but pretty. Personally, I adapted very quickly to their use and I'm even more happy with my purchase when we know how bad cotton swabs are for the environment. The booklet sent by mail is interesting.

This is my first experience with the binchotan.requires a little bit of logistics:I fill a bottle or a carafe with 1.5 liters of tap water (to dose) then I pour in a pan with a stick for 4 hours (you have to be able to remove the stick). Then with a funnel, I fill my bottle or my carafe. The first time only, I found that the water had a sandy taste but after one night, there was only the sensation of a water become soft and with a mineral taste. Now I get this result after 4 hours of filtration, I always have a cycle ahead because the process takes time, and in the end the water is pleasant to drink, no more chores of water packs and especially no more plastic and filters!

I use these charcoals to filter my baby's tap water and leave the charcoal in the water overnight, then refill the remaining water each evening. It's the perfect alternative if you want to stop using bottled water but want to protect your baby from the possible junk food that can be found in tap water.
