I was delivered quickly. The product is very easy to use. No more aftertaste, the water is really purified. I had already used this kind of product but the bamboo sticks are much more effective!!! Adopted!

On the advice of a friend I bought some carbon to return to drinking tap water. The first use was conclusive after 3 hours of soaking ... the water no longer has the bad taste that prevented us from drinking it ... I can not however give an opinion in time ...

Hello, we have been using these coals to filter our water for several days now and even if I must admit that at the beginning the fact of having to take it in advance to let the water rest for 4 hours (approximately) then to think of taking out the carbon afterwards so that the water does not take a bad taste was constraining. But in the end, it works very well, it's just a habit to get used to. Otherwise, the product does its job well, the water doesn't have any taste at all (where there could be some with the filtering carafes), and what made us choose this product is precisely for its ecological side, namely that everything is compostable and/or recyclable (no plastic packaging)

I like to test. After 4 days of use...no particular remark. The water has the same taste, not so good. Follow-up on the functioning of the product "ha yes I had forgotten that you have to let the bamboo dry between two baths! French company.

I was tired of buying bottled water, I heard about activated carbon, and I tried it, I'm satisfied, I'm just going to get a second carafe, so I'll always have water in advance!

Very fast delivery and as advertised. The filtered water is pure and crystal clear, some carbon deposits at the bottom of the carafe.

After 2 uses, I really appreciate the softness of the water and its lack of taste, as well as its simplicity of use.

A little bit of nothing with big effects! If you wring your nose every now and then while drinking it, your water will be fresh as ever. Use without moderation.

My tap water does not taste unpleasant anymore. The stick breaks quite quickly but it is not a big deal, even in pieces it still works. The only thing that could possibly seem negative are the few particles of carbon that sometimes come off and can stay in the water. But they can be ingested without worry and a jug with a fine enough filter solves the problem.Personally, I'm thrilled that I no longer have to carry the water packs and use plastic bottles. I can only see the positives of using this system.

We bought the bamboo binchotan because we wanted to limit the purchase of plastic bottled water. At the beginning, we were rather skeptical about the capacity of the bamboo charcoal to purify the tap water which is rather infectious in our country. But surprise, in 2h30, the water loses its chlorinated taste and is just as good as bottled water! I will recommend this product to all the people who, like us, wish to engage in an eco-responsible approach. We will continue to use the bamboo binchotan in the future!

The product is perfectly in line with its description. The addition of the E-book makes it possible to become familiar with its use more quickly. The water has a very good taste since then, the filtration seems to be effective a priori. Nothing complicated for the implementation and the use of carbons.

Very happy to have found this activated carbon to purify my tap water! What's more, the seller is involved in an eco-friendly reforestation program. I chose bamboo for the same reasons because oak charcoal is less ecological. In addition, bamboo charcoal acts more quickly. I was already using activated charcoal in the form of detoxifying patches that you put under your feet and as a deodorizer in your shoe closet.Another advantage is that activated charcoal sticks can be recycled as a fertilizer or deodorizer after their end of life, so they don't generate any toxics.Concretely, you place a stick in a container (preferably glass) with a liter of water. For my part, I put two in my glass fountain for two liters. I also put one in the compartment of the coffee machine. The box contains 5, which allows several containers and also to alternate to let them dry between two. I leave them there for about 1/2 day. The result is that my water no longer has a chlorine smell and is drinkable. Finally, the sticks are provided with a very complete e-book on water in general and the use of activated carbon to purify it.
