Very Disappointed rosary at 40 it made me one day it cracked. I sent my return by email and also by message on the site by explaining the problem and thinking to have a gesture of their share but unfortunately I had no answer no around of their share I am extremely disappointed knowing that we are on some things of religious in which the orders that counts for them for their prayers and protection.

I recently bought a stacked crib which was on display at the shop window at the Palais du Rosaire in Lourdes for over a 100, together with various other items. When I unpacked the item to display it over Christmas, I realized that it was missing some components. A quick search on the internet confirmed my concerns. Nothing was mentioned at the time of purchase, the service was very cordial, and there was no reason for me to suspect any wrongdoing. My requests for a resolution have, thus far, led only to a response from Palais du Rosaire that my request was being looked into.

Una bottiglia è arrivata ammaccata, per averla pagata 12 per dell'acqua mi sembra un po' troppo....va bene che è acqua di Lourdes ma non approfittate troppo della fede della Madonna, non ditemi che la bottiglia costa cara costruirla con l'immagine sopra di Lourdes.....tra spedizione, costo dell'acqua, tasse, costa veramente tanto!!!! È sempre a scopo di lucro anche la fede purtroppo.....grazie comunque!---------Avevo messo due stelle e ora solo una....dalla grotta al vostro più vicino dei vostri 3 supermercati famosi dal 1920 a piedi si impiegano 14minuti e con il bus L5 11 minuti, lo so perché sono stato già lì, il vostro facchino per prelevare l'acqua sicuramente non porterà due bottiglie alla volta (una per mano) ma avrà un carrello a ruote e ne porterà circa 36 se non di più.Inoltre non hai risposto neanche per la bottiglia che è ammaccata .... ....la cosa più importante...Se è questione di marketing il vostro per come è ovvio, il poter imbottigliare e vendere a caro prezzo l'acqua pubblica di Lourdes, ragionevolmente, se ad un cliente al suo primo ordine gli arriva una bottiglia ammaccata/deformata, gli si offre almeno un altra bottiglia gratuitamente dall'aspetto nuovo per la cifra che ha pagato, almeno per la situazione di disagio.....La bottiglia l'ho ancora chiusa integra (sembra proprio difettosa e increspata la plastica dapprima di averla imbottigliata ma è brutta a vedersi). Quindi solo una delle tre bottiglie è rigata/graffiata, capisco che dovete avere fretta nel procedere negli ordini e non avete tutto il tempo di osservare il prodotto che spedite, ma per il prezzo che si paga, almeno rispettate la qualità di cosa vendete per il rispetto e la fidelizzazione del cliente che comprerà ancora.Non riesco ad inserire una foto qui purtroppo, non c'è il tasto per inserire l'immagine.Siccome dovevo regalarla ad una persona cara con un tumore, non volevo fare brutta figura in un regalo ammaccato.... l'acqua di Lourdes è più preziosa lo so ma la bottiglia con l'etichetta dell'immagine sacra se è ammaccata la bottiglia non fa una bella figura, sembra che sono stato sgarbato io a conservarla male....mi capisci?Grazie comunque e cercate di capire la che la pignoleria delle persone c'è anche quando si paga molto e quindi si è pignoli per avere le cose perfette.Grazie mille.
