No I am not at all satisfied I had asked for pouches or gift wrap when ordering I received nothing I made the remark by email not even an answer the complete contempt I am sincere very disappointed and bitter I will no longer go through them ..... they have just answered me no paper or free pouches but in the packages there are free gifts sorry not in mine I paid all my items please ...

This isn't the first time I've ordered from Le Palais du Rosaire and I've always been completely satisfied. However, this time I (among other things) bought a silver rosary and less than a week after receiving it, it broke. I sent an email + photo to the store to inform them of the situation and I'm still waiting for their reaction. I am very disappointed and hesitate to order again.

Hello, I think you're talking about our cloth masks. The price set by the state from 1 to 3 is only applicable to disposable surgical masks. The mask we sell is made of fabric. What's more, it has an antibacterial treatment, which explains its price of 15. What's more, our mask is guaranteed for 50 uses, i.e. 15/50 = 0.30 per use, making it less expensive than a disposable mask. Finally, we donate 1 for every mask sold to the Sanctuaries of Lourdes to support their work. We pay close attention to French legislation. Our aim is not to rip off believers, but simply to offer people who are already believers the opportunity to buy symbols of their faith.
