Bonjour j'ai commandé des bouteilles d'eau de lourdes et j'ai annulé le lendemain étant donné un ami m'en rapporter ils n'ont pas pris en compte l'annulation alors que la commande était en préparation et l'ont expédié quand même jai annule auprès du relais pickup et j'ai ouvert un litige paypal car ils refus de me rembourser la totalité de ma commande sur 47 euro ils me comptaient rembourser seulement 28 euro j'ai transformé mon litige en RÉCLAMATION et j'ai eu gain de cause hier paypal m'a remboursé la totalité de ma commande merciii??????paypal I don't order from the palais du rosaire anymore, they are the bearers of the lord's voice when it comes to money, it's another matter altogether. Anyway, the main thing is that I received a full refund.

I'm totally satisfied with the product and totally disappointed with the deliveryman who was absolutely incompetent - what kind of practice is this of putting parcels in elevators!!! I refused ... he didn't want to go up! he left ... on the 2nd day he made the same demand! so I went down to collect my parcel and told him it had to be signed for! he didn't seem to have any problem with that. So to sum up, I won't be ordering from you again as long as dpd is the only option!
