The product is perfect! However, the delivery was not very reliable. They cancelled me on the morning of the delivery and I was supposed to receive a new sms giving me the new codes but I never received it. I had to go and find another delivery slot on the site myself. Luckily I did, otherwise I'd be going on vacation without the sun cream! What a shame!

Very good site, but poor packaging.the box containing the whitening salt product was opened during the journey and all the powder spilled into the package....in addition the woman who runs the parcel relay made some nice remarks to me!!!!!!! as if it was my fault, the cardboard box, the lid rather did not close. would be better a non-organic packaging ... with screwed lid. much less inconvenience and product at home.... because I bought this product for nothing.

Order arrived safely! Thank you Paranatura! I recommend it! However, you should specify on your site, for reception at a relay point, a period of days to wait after shipment of the package. As I had not received any confirmation of receipt of my parcel, I went to the relay point on August 13 to check (I had read in my account that you had sent the parcel on 08 but then no message to inform me that it had arrived).
