I did not receive the product I ordered, but another one. I would like the product I ordered.

I received my order 15 days later, I was not notified of the delay and I am waiting for a return from customer service following my written complaint by e-mail. Bad experience. I ordered 5 products to amortize the shipping costs and in the end I received only 2. I would have liked to have been warned beforehand and to have been able to cancel my order because paying the shipping costs for 9.70€ of products was not what I had planned. I absolutely do not recommend this site.
Obsolete products received while waiting for a response from after-sales service
It was indicated that the use-by date had just passed. However, I didn't expect a chocolate that was speckled with white, crumbly and tasteless. I wouldn't recommend it.

I ordered 2 boxes of Stevia acerola emergency candies and received licorice. If there was none, the customer should have been informed. I am very disappointed
2 bottles of face oil in my order received expired more than two months ago for a total of only 30 euros for these two products, out of a total of 90 euros Service. Two messages to customer service afterwards, a reply from the same customer service announcing that they "were asking for a refund" (yes, which I did myself with them, smoky formula and not very comprehensible). Today, that is to say several days later, unfortunately there is no follow-up and the refund is neither made nor recorded... I order a lot on the internet and I find this site really uninviting and very cavalier. Other sites note the expiration date on the product description.
I specifically asked Colissimo to deliver to my home with no signature required. Colissimo required a signature and I have not yet been able to collect my parcel as I was not at home. When I placed my order, it was impossible for me to choose an outside delivery address! And this is not the first time this has happened. Under the same conditions I will not order from Para natura in the future.
Not at all satisfied
I never received the product and was never reimbursed. None of my puddings received this parcel instead... the post office is unable to justify to whom it would have been delivered. Paranatura literally doesn't care about this situation !!!!
I was to be delivered at home and my parcel is currently at the post office and I will never pick up my parcel at the post office ever, and unfortunately the parcel will remain as many days at the post office and will return to paranatura because they did not keep their word of home delivery and it's a shame that it ends like this.

I don't know who chose the delivery method but I had to drive 40 km there and back because the parcel delivered by colissimo pickup was delivered to a completely different location than the one initially planned.
Package of gluten-free bread received expired a day ago and 2 packages of "mini strawberry fillings" still gluten-free expired in 3 days, then I ordered 3 packages of Orangino and only received one, in short, not a serious company, to be avoided.
My note is based on a mismanagement with me, the customer, of an internal error at paranatura. I had in fact made the same order twice, in 2017 and 2018, well passed. This time I ordered and received without any problem, except that my order was for five boxes of 60 capsules (same as the previous times), which was confirmed to me, including on the invoice enclosed with the parcel. However, although I did indeed have 5 boxes, they each only contained 45 capsules! I called paranatura, thinking it was a mistake that could be repaired: not at all! After several exchanges, I was told that either I'd have to make do with it and that's that (so I'd be paying a lot more for the capsules than before, and especially than advertised on the site), or I'd have to send them back (except for the half-opened box, as I hadn't noticed straight away that it wasn't the right one). I understood that they would refund me in full, as a commercial gesture, or that there would be one, but no, I ended up receiving a refund, of 4 boxes... so no commercial gesture due to their error, bordering on arrogance in their replies (long time coming). So that was my last purchase from paranatura. I bought the capsules in a parapharmacy, so at least there were no nasty surprises.
2nd order and again problems. I wanted to be nice in my other review because the customer service was correct, but no. New order, again a package in pieces that goes back to the sender, no news from them, it's of course up to me to make reminders by email ... The package leaves, and again delivery problem (inevitably, still using the same service). The delivery man arrived and told me "I'll try to get it out of the truck"... voila voila. This one was (again) in a terrible state: strong smell, hole on the side of the box and the bottom of the box completely soaked. I accepted the parcel and asked the deliveryman to mention these points in the reservations. When I opened the parcel, a bottle was broken again... not to mention the 3 bottles that were missing when the parcel was shipped. I'll pass over the contents of the parcel: dirty and sticky bottles, labels ripped off, etc... It's a pity I couldn't put up any photos to show the condition of the parcel ... I ended up with 20 bottles instead of 24, and of course, several days later I'm the one who has to call Paranatura again for a refund. No commercial gesture from them, of course ... I wouldn't recommend this store at all, despite the fairly good prices, and I wouldn't recommend this site again.
We can't control the carriers, despite all the safeguards we've put in place. Customer Service treated you with the utmost care, and you were reimbursed for the broken products. What's more, we don't understand this note after all we've done to try to satisfy you. We wish you all the best with our ParaNatura.Bio brethren.
Very little dialogue on shipping, wrong product shipped, several days to reply to messages
EXPENSIVE AND DISMAL DELIVERY SYSTEM
Never received my parcel and no tracking worthy of the name more than 10 days after my order. To collect it there are people but in case of worries one forgets very quickly who is the customer... PAY ME BACK and goodbye.
Don't buy, they're dishonest.
For this order I am very disappointed. I just received the product and surprise the expiration date of the product is 06/2018, we are in November 2018. What can I do? Product expired 6 months ago !!!!!! I'm going to call them tomorrow as of tomorrow and see with them what they're going to offer me.......Waste of time, waste of money............................
