The only base that specifies to have the option of automatic shutdown timer is black and incorporates a different control to the others with the buttons to turn off in 4h,5h,6h and 8h, as I bought this for that reason and I received the black base but with the other control of the other bases that does not have the buttons to time off, so it turns out that I have a black base that I can not program to turn off alone as I needed. DHL geeft aan een fout gemaakt te hebben, met de mededeling dat een verzoek om restitutie van de leveringskosten via de leverancier dient te verlopen. Leverancier zegt dat het eigen schuld is en geeft geen reactie op mails. Is verder ook niet telefonisch te bereiken, dus slechte communicatie en service
