Krijg geen reactie!!! Eerder besteld, en toen verliep alles goed. Kort geleden weer besteld. Kreeg geen order nummer maar wel betaald. Ik heb pictyourlamp meerdere malen gemaild, maar helaas geen reactie. Dit had ik niet van ze verwacht.

Plaatje beschadigd. Nog steeds heen en weer aan het mailen. Nu voor de 2de keer weer foto's sturen. Dus hopelijk word het nog opgelost

It was not what i thought it was
I am very disappointed!!! The expensive 24 hour delivery service arrived only 3 days late, my name was misspelled, the motif was reversed, my complaints went unanswered.
Very disappointed the plexiglass plate was not the right size, I had to have it cut to the right size. It's a pity especially since it was for a gift so the me of the accounting details!
After checking, I don't see any e-mail from you. If your lamp has a defect, we will reproduce it without delay.

Not satisfied have already sent 2 maul because of a complaint because at the base the charging socket is broken and asked for replacement unfortunately no response received not customer friendly
The result is an absolute disaster and a cheek, has nothing identical with the photos of your website. You advertise with premium quality and top design, but these are by no means recognizable. Which qualified designer was at work here is a mystery to me. The only thing that is qualitatively somewhat higher in delivery, which is the base whereby one must not forget the price. I urge you to call out a reasonable work!
Glas was helemaal overzien van krassen. Dit was een cadeau en vind het zeer teleurstellend hoe ik dit heb moeten afleveren. Vandaar 1 ster.
Package has not arrived
Terrible service, have got the last 2 orders wrong and will not answer my emails to rectify the problem..very poor.
Until now, the delivery has not arrived. Supposedly dpd has delivered, but never arrived with me. The seller has unfortunately not responded to my request so far. I have requested money back, but nothing more frhört...🤷♀️ Currently I am dissatisfied. Hope I get feedback and my money soon.

The lamp contains a serious optical error, which I have reported. Only a succinct answer comes back that that shouldn't be bad. Another email from me was not even responded to. I think that if you really pay a lot of money for such a lamp, you have to get a 100% good product. I wasn't even offered a discount or anything like that.
I was really excited when I found this website but I was really disappointed to be honest! First of all I ordered a 24h shipment that didn't work at all cause I got the package with a delay of a week!!!! Second the lamp came broken like I mean the stander and I wrote mails and tried to contact the firm but it didn't work! I would have really appreciated it if I would get at least some kind of compensation
Poor customer service, poor delivery, overpriced delivery which then arrives after 4 days anyway.
Too expensive, for what it is, anywhere in Spain you can find it for half the price.
I paid for a 24h delivery service, and it arrived 2 days later, I claimed for a refund for the difference of arriving in 24h to 72h and no case, they shielded that it was the problem of the transport company, when surely they will ask for compensation.

nous sommes vraiment désolé pour le désagrément. Comme indiqué lors de nos échanges, nous avons respécté nos engagements en expédiant votre commande le lendemain de votre commande. Cependant vous avez choisi la méthode de livraison 48/72H pour l'Espagne. Du fait que les transporteur ne livre pas le samedi, vous ne pouviez pas recevoir votre colis à temps. Il aurai fallu choisir la méthode DHL Express 24H. En espérant que vous ne nous en tiendrai pas rigueur, je vous souhaite un bonne journée.
