Very disappointed soap break soap box is cracked

I filed a complaint but no news from the site because one of the products arrived half emptied in the packaging.

I took the whole range. Very drying on the skin... including the cream... I expected better.

I was missing 3products for my delivery I had to call to take pictures and wait for the rest of my order.
