Disappointed because the description describes a box and I received the products in detail for a gift it is not top

I've been a loyal customer for several years and after an order error your company won't send me back the right product. I'm not satisfied and I won't be ordering from pinup secret again.

I didn't realize they were just boxes! We'll keep them next time. Package returned.

Brush missing from parcel .... Instead of sending me back one, I have to justify with a bunch of photos that you're investigating with the post office even though the parcel was well sealed. Question yourself.... You forgot this brush !!!!

Very disappointed with the sales service. I ordered a pack of 4 products. And they made a mistake with one of the products. Instead of sending me back the missing product, they offered me a promotional code valid for 6 months on a facial product...in short, I wouldn't recommend this brand, which is not at all commercial. Further proof that the main concern is money and not customer satisfaction.

I'm really disappointed, I know that not every product is suitable for every type of skin, but with all the reviews I've seen, this looked like a miracle product. But apart from giving me even more pimples than I already had, this product did nothing more.

I only received a soap holder when I ordered a set with 3 products. I was very disappointed afterwards and nothing was done according to customer service.

Error in my order. Customer service proposal not satisfactory at all. I will not order from you again.

Better packaging would be better. Making your own box would be great and offering deals like 2 products -20%.
