This is not my first time ordering but my last experience was disappointing. I'm not talking about the quality of the products which I love, I'm talking about the customer service. On my last order, I was missing a product. I immediately reported it. I called back a week later. It's been 10 days and I have no answer, no refund, no return. Disappointed.

Disappointed with this order. The packaging of the Secret de Velours body cream was poorly done and not verified with the shipment of the order. The result was that the cream was spilled into the bubble wrap. I am waiting for a discount to be able to place another order; the delay to get a promotional code in compensation is still long (I have been waiting for 4 working days).
