I ordered a cream and the press button system for dispensing the cream did not work. This can happen. I called customer service and they didn't bother. Not very commercial...

Hello, I've never had any problems with other face products, and now I'm allergic to soap. Fifteen minutes after applying the mask, my face was swollen and bright red. I followed a four-day course of antibiotic cream and four days of antihistamines. Have a nice day.

Unfortunately I have not received my order! I can no longer order because my address as such is not being supplied, I would like to know why. Where they should have delivered my order does not exist. I think this is a great pity!

Customer service very unfriendly. Just sends standard answers. Does not respond to questions.

ZERO stars from me unfortunately. I would love to get my money back because my skin is much worse than before! Not only more blemishes but also dry, flaky skin that didn't exist before! Absolutely not worth the money.

Order received 1 month later because my package was lost except that upon receipt of my second shipment I also received the 1st and of course I was asked to return it or pay for it.

I'm told that delivery is free, but as soon as I receive my parcel I have to pay a fee. It's not cool not to warn your customers.

I didn't order anything! It's all nonsense! It's a scam! I get charged and on top of that a parcel that I never came to pick up! And I don't know how someone could have picked up a parcel in my name without my ID and receive an e-mail about how my order went? It's a scam!

Disaster! My order from 10.01. was paid for with PayPal and to date nothing has arrived. The only reaction so far has been to ask the parcel service for a follow-up! Once and never again, this is fraud!!!

I'm sorry but I'm very disappointed by the turmeric soap... I use the white one and have never had any problems, but the orange one was a disaster 🤦‍♀️ Once I used it, a few hours after a skin reaction, I got red pimples all over my face... Around the eyes etc. So being pregnant, I panicked and went to the emergency room to be reassured.

Burns under the skin! First degree excruciating pain for 48 hours to the point of going to the emergency room and it was not allergies but the toxic and carcinogenic components of the product.

Delivery is a disaster. My delivery has still not arrived. I love the products, but I am totally put off by the delivery time.

The order was not sent to the delivery address I specified! Customer service is completely incompetent. I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered to the correct border parcel address as stated.

I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and have still not received my package. After several exchanges with customer service, nothing has happened. I am only ever told that I have to wait and that everything is being processed. What a shame as I paid via Paypal and really wanted to try the products.
