The tube of oil-free cream is in bad condition, the cap doesn't stick to the tube and doesn't hold, I've notified the customer service but they've stopped replying despite the fact that I've sent the same e-mail again and again. It's very disappointing considering the price of the cream. I can't even take it with me on trips. Otherwise, the soap is top quality and I've known about it for years and have never been disappointed. Too bad about the cream.

I also bought the soap holder 3 times in order to have a complete set for Christmas gifts, and when I received my package it was missing the 3 soaps included in the initial 138€ set!!!! Super product for the essential box but when I make contact because I am missing a product purchased next to the box I am sent back to colissimo because the weight of the package left with them and normal but the package was unopened when I received it and colissimo tells me to check with my order site.
