I did not receive the package.

I was only offered a discount code as compensation after receiving the broken package with the damaged goods. This did not improve my waiting time in relation to the urgency of my order. I had already provided a discount code in the respective order, which has of course expired for my current order.

My skin has developed so many inflamed pimples after using the soap! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.

Shipment never arrived due to DPD. The worst delivery service one can use. I now have to pay for shipping again.

I did not receive my order.

I haven't received my package yet.. Also no money back, allegedly I have to wait 30 days due to an investigation. I will submit everything to my legal protection insurance if I do not receive either the goods or the money back.

I find the shipping totally exaggerated.

The shipping was to a pickup station, I am not mobile and cannot walk 25 km to get there. So it will be sent back from there as well!

I had ordered a set, the packaging was unfortunately completely torn, although the shipping box was intact on the outside. One soap was already chipped and crumbled. The soap dish is very large and open at the bottom, so it cannot be used for travel. Additionally, I did not tolerate the soap and cream and had a rash and inflammation for a week. I will definitely not order again and found both the packaging and the product very disappointing.

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the order, as one product in my order was defective. I contacted customer service, but unfortunately, after 1 week I still have not received any feedback!

I did not receive my order because something went wrong with my delivery address.

I have not received the products until today and also have not received any money back. Currently, according to Pin Up, a solution is still being sought.

Unfortunately, I have not received any goods so far, as it was allegedly not possible to deliver them to the pickup store. A delivery to my address was not possible. For whatever reason.

It is up to the shipping service provider. On March 24th, I received an email that I could pick up my package at the parcel shop. So I went there 3 days later only to be told that it is not there. The tracking shows that it is still in the distribution center. I find this very difficult, as I specifically went to the shop because of the email.

It burns on the face after a while and dries out the whole face

Hello, my order from January has been returned. I would like to place the order again, but that is not possible.

The package did not arrive. Why do you send it to a depot and not to the customer's address?

Unfortunately, I react to the products and therefore I am not satisfied. It's a pity because it's not exactly cheap. 🙁

The pump on my oil-free cream doesn't work.

I ordered a cream and the press button system for dispensing the cream did not work. This can happen. I called customer service and they didn't bother. Not very commercial...

Hello, I've never had any problems with other face products, and now I'm allergic to soap. Fifteen minutes after applying the mask, my face was swollen and bright red. I followed a four-day course of antibiotic cream and four days of antihistamines. Have a nice day.

Unfortunately I have not received my order! I can no longer order because my address as such is not being supplied, I would like to know why. Where they should have delivered my order does not exist. I think this is a great pity!
