The shipment can only be made to a DPD branch and I had to drive an extra 10 km for it. Well, okay, I accepted that. But my parcel wasn't delivered to the branch at all or couldn't be found. I drove there 3 times for nothing. Paid shipping... Way too complicated and I wouldn't order again. Customer service is also unavailable.

Ordered products recently, the products are great especially the new soap for blackheads... the only negative point is the after-sales service... I ordered 2 products by mistake and I offered to exchange it with another product and add the difference, I had to return the product at my expense.
