My parcel did not arrive. Despite several emails about tracking, I didn't receive any. Instead, I was told to wait 30 days for the tracking request. After 2 months I would get my goods but only if I pay for postage again!!!! The customer service is outrageous.

I totally advise against it! I ordered a complete pack. The soap doesn't work at all, it dries out the skin. The worst is the cream which, when I apply it, causes an unpleasant tingling sensation.
