Catastrophic Chronofresh delivery: the driver missed several appointments while you waited for him all day because no one warned you, with lame excuses each time (the driver didn't find the parcel, the parcel wasn't put on the truck and stayed at the depot, the driver didn't have time to come to your house because he had to return to the depot before 4:00 pm....) The fresh truffle shavings are actually quite large pieces of debris, the smell is good but the taste is a little bland and well below the quality expected of fresh black truffles. The summer truffle pasta is good and as expected.

Size of truffles shipped: Between 50 and 100 grams (written on the site, my order 100g), I received 4 truffles! problem with chronofraiche who called me 3 days in a row to tell me there was a delivery problem (nice) address error (my fault, I had not checked the delivery address but there is a cell phone, no call! I made up for it the next day after contacting your - professional - customer service department, but in the end I'm disappointed - the flavour isn't up to scratch, I've eaten much better with other producers, is it the size? the delivery times?
