Hello Cathy,

As exchanged by email, all your cans were carefully wrapped individually with reinforced bubble wrap.
Unfortunately, even with all these reinforcements, transport does not guarantee a problem-free arrival as explained on the site.
In some of the photos you sent us, we couldn't even make out the brand, and in those where we could see the dents, they were on the underside of the can.

Above all, these are consumer products, and we can't afford to exchange or refund a damaged can.

And we'd really like to point out that in your case, we couldn't even see the marks, they were really slight impacts and located far from the face of the can.

Each can is checked before dispatch, as it is individually packaged.

Thank you for your feedback. We haven't found the products you mention with an expiration date, the date is indicated on each item sheet on the site.
The shortest date on the ten or so flavors you took is June 2023, some go to 2024.
Perhaps you've misread the date, which can be reversed in the US, but in any case you don't have any chips with a date before June. You can check your invoice where all the dates are indicated.

The products all have the weight indicated, the photos are the photos of the products, nothing more.

Concerning the cotton candy, there are 2 versions, and the one you took even mentions it in the title 28g, and in the description small bag!

Concerning the small box of Nerds, it was indicated in red that some boxes of this batch had impacts.

The boxes of the products are not damaged, just a reference which was indicated.

We've sold a lot of spreads, especially the newly produced Bounty, and we've never had a single problem.

They are all stored and displayed in the same way and are part of the same batches.
It's hard to understand how 2 out of 4 jars could taste different.

We tested the 2 today that come from the same production batches and we can't see any problem. What's more, the products are sealed with a film that prevents them from taking in air even if a lid is opened.

As explained by email, one of the 2 Monsters purchased was indicated as having suffered shocks before shipment, hence the 25% discount and the message in red advising against purchase for the collection. As for the second, the Kahotic, they arrived damaged, despite being wrapped in bubble wrap, dunnage and double-wall cardboard. It's hard to do more, especially when you invest in high-quality bubble wrap. We take care to protect each can during shipment, but we have no control over shocks during transport. On the conveyors in the carriers' sorting centers, the packages fall several meters when they change direction (6 meters high on average), sometimes finding themselves under packages weighing 30 kg, and even with all this protection, it's difficult to protect the products any better. We do our utmost to prevent this from happening, and 98% of our orders arrive without a hitch, but there is always a risk. Thank you for your attention.

On our side, we have access to the Chronopost interface and I can confirm the refusal of the parcel by your initial relay: SN TECHNOLOGY We have a gps scan of the deliveryman in front of the relay and a refusal stamp from the latter for having too many parcels. As we explain on our website, online sales have been on the rise for several months now, and relays are overloaded and refusing more and more parcels without blocking delivery in their relays with Chronopost. All they have to do is click on a button to cut off their availability on the relay card. So the driver dropped off the parcel as close as possible to the first relay, a 10-minute walk away (yes, we know the area well - we lived in the 15th arrondissement for 10 years). We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience, and please don't hesitate to let us know, because in the end, every time a rating is 3 or 4, it comes from the carrier.
