I ordered the short-dated box: it said to use within 3 weeks. But it wasn't. I received my parcel on 12/12/2024. The box is full... of expired stuff: Lions (Sept 2024), milkybar (Nov 2024), milklicious (Oct 2024), beef rangers (22/08/2024)... It's all there. It was a Christmas present. I'm not going to give expired food! I'm extremely disappointed! Can I return it and get my money back?

No text talks about a short date or 3 weeks, it is well written, an anti-gaspi box with products whose DDM and not DLC is exceeded.

That's how it is on any food website.

In no case have you bought expired bottles, 3/4 of your order contains Chinese bottles.
The date on the bottles is the date of manufacture, not the expiration date.

This information is given on the website, but also on the flyer you received in your parcel.
All food products from China have this factory date.

All products are recently manufactured, and each date is displayed on the website and on your invoice.

In fact the delivery was made in 72h instead of 48h due to the fact that you were absent during the first delivery attempt.

You can see the order shipped on Monday, but as you don't seem to understand, it's not Pop's America driving the Chronopost truck to your door.
It's a post-Black Friday shipment, the sorting centers had huge volumes of parcels to process, which delayed some parcels including yours.

We replied every day to your aggressive messages or you never replied, but just aggressiveness in your exchanges, even when we tried to explain to you that we couldn't be at the driver's side, you don't seem to understand... It can't be easy every day, that's for sure...

You also forgot to mention that you were reimbursed the full €18 transport cost!!! Now it's harder to say thank you for the commercial gesture when we weren't obliged to do so, especially by refunding the full amount...
Once again, you've mixed up our service with that of the transport, you can't even say thank you! On the other hand, you know how to write a negative review...
Regarding your damaged products, next time remember to read the description when you buy a product marked damaged, and well it is damaged (dents on cans Monster Peachy) ...

We processed your complaint within 24 hours. A glass bottle was slightly emptied according to your photos and account without being uncapped.
We have reimbursed the bottle in the form of a credit note as indicated in our terms and conditions, despite the fact that you made no reservations when you received the package. The bottle had leaked but there was no trace of liquid in the package.

As mentioned, in the event of damage to the parcel, we do not return the product but reimburse it in the form of a credit note for amounts of less than 10€.

At no time did we indicate that the problem came from you, but that we had never encountered this problem, i.e. a glass bottle that empties without being opened and broken, nothing more.
