Thank you for your feedback.
It's true that we're currently experiencing quite a few stock-outs, around 15% of the catalog. However, there are several reasons for this:
- It's possible that the product has become complicated to obtain.
- Some products have increased by 30%, we prefer to wait for the price to drop to avoid passing on the increase. It's a bit like at the gas pump, prices vary regularly in the USA.
- Product may be in the process of arriving
- Seasonal product
We try to supply new products every week, but also to reinforce our stocks of out-of-stock items. To date, we have put more than 40 items back in stock.
If you're interested in a product that's out of stock, please let us know, and we'll give you an arrival date if it's scheduled.
