We informed customers a few weeks ago of the 25% diesel surcharge on shipping, and decided to pass on 15% in the price we offer. We preferred to be transparent, rather than maintain low transport costs like some competitors, but increase their prices by 60% and offer false discounts of 20 or 30%... marketing techniques we reject. We preferred to maintain consistent prices for imports and increase transport costs. Then, to differentiate ourselves, we decided to maintain a delivery rate of 24 hours, with same-day dispatch before 3pm. Thank you again for taking the time to leave your opinion, it's always much appreciated.
