Ordering online worked great. Delivery with UPS. Parcel was delivered in a Myflexbox for collection. An 8-digit code is required here. I did not receive this by email. I am not satisfied with the experience for the following reasons: I contacted pro tennis explaining that I was going on vacation and I asked for information on delivery and collection times. They said ok and didn't respect the dates. The parcel was delivered while we were away. So I sent a friend to collect the parcel, which was put in a locker. But ups didn't send me a collection code. I called ups and spent a sum close to 25€ to call them from abroad with no result from them. They send me to a service that doesn't answer. My friend has been to the terminal 3 times, and it's nowhere near our house. For the moment we can't find a solution. So I'm not satisfied with either pro tennis or ups.
