The order went very well, processing and shipping were fast. However, the volume of the parcel is not taken into account when choosing a delivery point. As a result, I had to validate my order in an unsuitable locker, and the delivery company, without asking me beforehand, dropped my parcel off with a private individual working for them in another town. What's more, I received contradictory information concerning the whereabouts of my parcel. I therefore lost a lot of time (one day) to get the parcel. A bit disappointing, 15 days after the order I asked for news (because 0 events since the payment), I was quickly told that the product in stock was defective and that an order had been placed with the supplier. Another 15 days passed without any new information, so I sent a message again. No return, but the next day I received the tracking code and the next day the racket was there in good condition.
