Hello, the legs are drilled on the height as indicated on the technical plan, the photos and the 3D plan. The majority of customers (99% of customers) mount the legs underneath, the drillings would not be aesthetic. You bought raw legs without treatment, the steel is naturally sensitive to moisture and rusts with time. Other finishes are possible to avoid this (matte varnish).
