Positive points: well-constructed website for quoting a made-to-measure table base, respect for dimensional specifications, good quality of parts, honest lead time between order and delivery (4 weeks), communication on the progress of the project. Areas for improvement: the quality of the packaging was clearly inadequate for delivery (a foot was scratched), and the adjustable feet ordered with the base were not received.

We chose a French site because of the quality of the product and, above all, the quality of the service. Unfortunately, very poor communication, no information informing us of the delay in delivery. We were supposed to receive our order in 10 days and had to wait 1 month because after requesting information I was told that the materials were out of stock! What's more, when I logged on to the site a few days after placing my order, I found that the same item was on sale. Here again, no effort was made to understand or make any gesture... GLS delivery postponed 2 times.....Unfortunately, the product is in order...

Too little explanation in the manual. The screw used to clamp the feet together is not at all suitable for tightening. The head of the screw is damaged. All the screws have to be changed. At 390€, it's abnormal to provide such mediocre quality screws.

Three damaged feet, paint defect and chips in several places on the visible feet, proposal from after-sales service to supply a varnish to fill in the paint. The skates were not delivered with as indicated on the site. Open the package in front of the carrier to check or make reservations. The after-sales service was not very warm and only emphasized the quality of the company and never acknowledged that there had indeed been a problem. The feet are packed in pairs and the bubble wrap didn't cover the top of the feet, so they rubbed. The paintwork seems to be very fragile, and the hairpin-style legs have two rods that don't allow you to put a tray that's too heavy or too long, especially as they lack stability. You'll need sturdier feet for a 150cm board. Ideal for small, slender consoles only.

I have received the parcel concerning the central leg to support a "l'harmonieux" table top up to 150 kg and I thank you for it. I paid 340 euros for it, which seems high compared to the price of 270 euros on your site. The foot is not a model of stability even with the supplied glides. Welding not smooth on one upright. Screws supplied too large for a standard table top... the leg is nice though, and the paint quality is good.

The final rendering is correct, but for the price I expected better quality. The M8 inserts used to fix the legs together are a bit loose, and the coat of paint is very (too) light - you can still see the weld all along the tube. And the leg is sold to accommodate a table of up to 2.30 m. Mine is 2.10 m long, and you really shouldn't lean on an angle to avoid it tipping over. This is certainly normal, given the central shape of the leg, but with 2.30 m you can't afford to make any mistakes.
