Little snag with the wrong accessory being shipped with the tablet which was promptly resolved by customer service. Not so positive about being stuck with Android 12. I could have bought any rugged Android tablet with a brighter screen.

We have thousands of tablets on the market, used by professional sailors in races like the Vendée Globe or the America's Cup and never receive any complaint. or perhaps there's an issue with your particular tablet, we had the problem one time. After ordering a rugged tablet, I sent several requests for a delivery time. I only got a reply a few weeks later, so much so that I wondered if it wasn't a scam. There's a serious lack of communication which will end up damaging your reputation. It's a pity because the tablet seems to be of very good quality. I'll be testing it soon on my next delivery. Thank you for your attention.

qu'entendez-vous par "mal conçu" ? Il n'est évidemment pas conçu explicitement pour la tablette, c'est un support universel de la firme Scanstrut.
Quant à l'application meteoconsult, s'il y a un bug, ce n'est peut-être pas la tablette qu'il faut incriminer d'office. Nous installons un Android le plus proche possible de la version publiée par Google et il a la certification GMS de Google. Quoiqu'il en soit, je suis étonné que vous nous attribuiez une note négative sans même avoir contacté notre support...

I received the wrong tablet, got offered a discount and kept what I received. The tablet has issues with battery overheating. Not resolved yet. When using polarized sunglasses, you can't see anything on the screen.

Hi Sonja,
we never received an answer to our last message. We asked you to do some check regarding overheating (as it is possible that a message is displayed under certain conditions, but till 60˚c, our tablets will never shut down) and were waiting for your answer before going further.
Regarding polarized sunglasses, it's not right to say that you can't see anything. You can see it in landscape, but not portrait mode, as very often with LCD screens. Anyway, we were ready to offer you to change for our new model which is fully compatible with polarized sunglasses; but, as said, we were waiting for your answer first.
