We replied that we were a group with 110 stores and that the information you requested was all on the product data sheet. Condition 1 is already quite damaged I think. and I'm not completely satisfied with my pair of women's coreup skis because the skis are very wide and I did not get this information in the technical description and not visible on the photo either.

Hello, We are very surprised by the comment on the Correupt ski. There's all the info on the ski page 2 times: The runner or the width: - Ribs: (1m82) 136-88-115, so 88, which is a pretty normal width for a model of this style. This is again indicated in the technical section of the site with all the ski's measurements. This is an All Mountain ski, as indicated, and not a ski specifically for the slopes. All our data sheets are complete with all the characteristics of the ski. As indicated, returns are free of charge, so you can make an exchange or ask for a refund if the products don't suit you without it costing you anything. However, without a complaint, it's difficult for us to intervene.

Hello, There is a size guide on each product sheet to help you choose. We respond within 12 hours to each question, we have no trace of your emails, even in the site, it's very strange. We make photos of each model, however it is not possible for us to photograph the product with each quantity. That's why there is a state level on each ski, 1, 2 or 3, with a detailed description on the site. We are sorry you could not get your answer. Delivery arrived perfectly on time. Perfect packaging. Skis quite damaged though (level 2). I expected better condition given the descriptions of the different levels. I can't imagine what a level 3 must be like... It's true that my daughter is now equipped at a lower cost. Sufficient for 2 weeks/year and her age. I wouldn't recommend them for adult skis, which will be kept for several seasons.

Hello, I am taking advantage of this request for a review to clarify the rating given: - 5 stars for skioccas: speed, conformity and condition of the product ok, it's impeccable! - delivery: that's the black spot ... 3-day delivery, although DPD tracking is on their web portal: day 1 = "putting your parcels on the road" then "parcels being delivered" to end on "delivery not possible this day, postponed to the next working day" day 2 = idem day 3 = "then "parcels being delivered" and in the afternoon I check the parcel tracking and see "parcel delivered at 3pm" but not to me because I was at work!I called and was told that my parcel had been delivered to my neighbor! Which was not planned at all: they were supposed to send me a text message 1 hour before delivery! Never received! And I think it's a bit cheeky of them to deliver to a third party without her or me knowing about it.... But the DPD lady didn't seem to mind..... I asked her what happened if I didn't get on with my neighbor or if she wasn't someone I could trust, but it didn't seem to be a problem: the parcel was delivered and that was that!
