Fast delivery, procedure respected; but the condition of the skis is a bit "over-rated" by the site and the sole preparation is very poor (re-surfacing, edge sharpening, waxing) but I don't know if this is usual or an exceptional quality-defect.

Search on the site not very ergonomic but we manage. Payment OK. Very fast preparation and dispatch. Very careful packaging. Delivery service not good: did not give advance notice as requested when ordering, called thinking it was the previous customer on his round, did not listen to directions, honked like crazy to find the right house. Product corresponds to the description except for the repackaging (see below).

The wear category does not correlate with the product. E.g.: purchase of junior skis, wear category 1, even though they are in worse condition than adult skis, wear category 2.

Delivery arrived perfectly on time. Perfect packaging. Skis quite damaged though (level 2). I expected better condition given the descriptions of the different levels. I can't imagine what a level 3 must be like... It's true that my daughter is now equipped at a lower cost. Sufficient for 2 weeks/year and her age. I wouldn't recommend them for adult skis, which will be kept for several seasons.

Hello, I am taking advantage of this request for a review to clarify the rating given: - 5 stars for skioccas: speed, conformity and condition of the product ok, it's impeccable! - delivery: that's the black spot ... 3-day delivery, although DPD tracking is on their web portal: day 1 = "putting your parcels on the road" then "parcels being delivered" to end on "delivery not possible this day, postponed to the next working day" day 2 = idem day 3 = "then "parcels being delivered" and in the afternoon I check the parcel tracking and see "parcel delivered at 3pm" but not to me because I was at work!I called and was told that my parcel had been delivered to my neighbor! Which was not planned at all: they were supposed to send me a text message 1 hour before delivery! Never received! And I think it's a bit cheeky of them to deliver to a third party without her or me knowing about it.... But the DPD lady didn't seem to mind..... I asked her what happened if I didn't get on with my neighbor or if she wasn't someone I could trust, but it didn't seem to be a problem: the parcel was delivered and that was that! So no, this is not serious and tarnishes your brand image, as well as all the good work done by SkiOccas beforehand...... Change of delivery person..... A bon entendeur.... Sincerely, Benoit Felgines
