I bought a Panamax bike online over a month ago, and to this day it still doesn't work. I've had to send some parts back for the after-sales service to check. It seems to be a battery fault. But to this day, I still haven't received the battery back. I think this bike is really of very good quality and that the defect I'm experiencing is rare, but I find that the brand's support has not been up to scratch and the after-sales service not very responsive. I'm disappointed that a month after my purchase, I still haven't been able to use my bike and haven't received any message or gesture from the sales department.

I’m not really happy about my purchase. I received a bicycle in pieces without any detailed instructions. It was not easy at all to put it together. Second problem came with the battery which is showing « empty », but won’t charge at all. And also I’ve never received an invoice of my purchase so I can’t arrange insurance. When I asked for this by e-mail, I did not get any answer. I love how the bike looks like and also delivery was very fast, but complications with its montage and plus not working battery are disappointing especially for one bike of this price.
