After there were complaints about the quality, my request was dismissed under the motto "your problem". Wouldn't buy here if you wanted things of quality. A perilous experience! Parcel delivered 10 days late by GLS. On opening the parcel, I was surprised... A piece had come unstuck and an element was missing. This gift was to be given the same day! So I glued the statuette back together. Customer service, on the other hand, listened to me and helped me out properly.
