I was truly satisfied with my purchase which closely mirrors what I viewed on the website. Also, the customer service was thorough and the courtesy of the person who answered my phone impeccable. On time delivery. Perfect packaging.....only one very small flaw....the warranty certificates inside the cardboard packages were ruined as they were "hooked" by the cardboard lid being closed... Fast delivery, no problem to make payment with paypal; instead on other sites sometimes 'na hard work. Packing the products perfectly: one box with 3 Jim Shore angels inside...I thought they made one for each item (so good because they don't waste packaging unnecessarily). Too bad they don't have other angels that I liked: Angel with the 'Ark, and other types that I saw on Jim Shore's site instead.....hopefully they will add more. Anyway it is 100% recommended. Lucia

I shipped with gift city for the first time I had a good time. There was a little delay due to the shipping leaving a day late. All in all not bad and the service and if you spend more than 100 € the shipping costs are included. The same product I saw in a store in Rome cost much more. And in Gift City I paid less for it.
