I have been a loyal customer of Gift City for many years. In particular, I have always purchased numerous Disney Traditions figurines by Jim Shore : exceptional products, with perfect reproductions of the various (and often unusual) Disney characters. On your side nothing to complain about but on the other hand the DPD carrier is to be banned 🤬 my parcel was dropped off in front of the door in front of a building other than mine and without anyone to receive it and yet I was at home. Luckily no one stole it. if I had been a dishonest person I could have said I never received my package. If I recommend you, I would like to change carriers.
